Wat is Delegate Access?

Toegang voor gemachtigden allows you to invite collaborators to work within your LiGo workspace without sharing your login credentials. You can assign different permission levels based on their role – from fully managing the account to simply viewing what's happening.

Belangrijke opmerkingen:

• Only the Account Owner can connect their LinkedIn profile to their LiGo account.
• No delegate can currently access your CRM data or generate comments using the LiGo chrome extension on your behalf.

Notitie: Delegates cannot use the Profile Switcher or any other method to link LinkedIn accounts to accounts they have delegate access to. The LinkedIn connection must be done by logging into the actual account owner's LiGo account. This restriction exists for security and authentication purposes - there is no workaround for this limitation.

Manage all your clients' LinkedIn strategies through your own LiGo dashboard after clients grant you access. Each client maintains ownership of their account while you drive their content strategy.

Alternatief kun je voor elke klant een apart LiGo-account aanmaken en jezelf delegeren toegang geven tot die accounts. Dit stelt je in staat om voor elke klant aparte facturering, contentstrategie en thema's te behouden.

How to Set Up Delegate Access

1. Navigeer naar Delegate Acces and Click on Uitnodiging van de afgevaardigde
2. Voer het e-mailadres van je medewerker in
3. Wijs ze een rol toe: Beheerder, Redacteur of Kijker
4. Ze ontvangen een e-mailuitnodiging met installatie-instructies

Na voltooiing kan je delegate inloggen op zijn eigen LiGo-dashboard en actie ondernemen op basis van het toegangsniveau dat je hebt toegekend.

Belangrijk: LinkedIn-verbindingen verlopen na 60 dagen (soms eerder; dit is via LinkedIn en een standaard beveiligingsprocedure om ervoor te zorgen dat je authenticatiegegevens periodiek wordt ververst). Wanneer de verbinding verloopt of op het punt staat te verlopen, sturen we de e-mail naar de accounthouder - zodat zij hun LinkedIn-verbinding met LiGo kunnen verversen.

Account owners need to reconnect their LinkedIn account every two months to maintain uninterrupted publishing. Remember, only the account owner can perform this re connection - delegates cannot do this on behalf of the owner.
